If you provide a mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in to SMS messaging during signup, in your account settings, or as part of your loan application, Unified Loan System will send you transactional text messages related to your account and active loan file (authentication codes, loan-status updates, e-sign requests, and account-security alerts).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you connect your Google account, Unified Loan System requests read-only access to your Gmail (gmail.readonly) and access to your Google Calendar events(calendar.events). We use read-only Gmail access solely to import a sample of your own recently sent emails to train a personalized writing-style model so our AI assistant can draft messages in your voice; we never send, modify, or delete your email. We use Calendar access solely to create and read events for scheduling within your loan workflow.

Unified Loan System’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except to provide these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting Google in your settings or via your Google Account permissions, which deletes the stored email samples.
